If a customer cancels within 90 days of install, that account charges back — the commission comes back out of a future check.

So sell customers who are actually sold.

Free-trial pitches, promises the ISP doesn't back, or pushing someone who isn't committed all drive cancels — and a deal that cancels in 60 days was never a sale, it's a liability. Protect your board: close people who stay.
